Our engineers have migrated more than 9,000 workloads and run landing zones for some of the most demanding regulated organizations in North America.

About the role As a Solutions Architect, you will be the senior technical voice in our sales process. You will lead architecture workshops, translate business goals into cloud designs, and build the technical plans that our delivery teams execute. You will work across sales, delivery, and partner teams to make sure every engagement starts with a sound architecture.

What success looks like Success means architectures that hold up in delivery, statements of work that are scoped accurately the first time, and customers who return to us for their next phase of modernization.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000. Base salary; plus annual bonus target of 15% and equity. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
