Our customers use Halcyon to consolidate fragmented data estates, accelerate analytics, and meet regulatory requirements without slowing down their teams.

About the role As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with enterprise account executives in the Northeast to win new logos and expand existing accounts. You will engage data engineers, architects, and chief data officers, lead hands-on technical evaluations, and design reference architectures that show how Halcyon fits into complex, regulated environments.

What success looks like Success in this role means a consistent track record of technical wins, evaluations that close on schedule, and customers who go live quickly because the architecture was right from day one.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $215,000. Base salary; plus variable compensation and equity. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
