Sales Engineer, Identity Security

About the role We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support enterprise and commercial accounts across the Mountain West. You will work alongside account executives to understand identity architectures, design solutions that integrate with existing directories and applications, and lead evaluations that prove value quickly.

What success looks like You will be measured on technical win rate, evaluation cycle time, and the quality of handoff to our customer success team. Top performers here become trusted advisors to identity architects and frequently move into principal or leadership roles.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $180,000. Base salary; plus OTE (70/30) and equity. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
