About the role We are hiring a Public Sector Sales Engineer to cover state, local, and education (SLED) accounts across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. You will work closely with territory account managers and channel partners, guide agencies through procurement, and help IT directors and CISOs map our platform to CJIS Security Policy, NIST 800-53, and state-specific requirements.

What success looks like By the end of your first year you will be the recognized technical authority in your territory, own the technical side of at least two cooperative contract or statewide pursuits, and have built strong relationships with key reseller partners.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000. Base salary; plus OTE and annual equity grants. Clearance sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
