About the role
Corvid Identity secures workforce and customer identities with passwordless authentication and identity governance. We need a player-coach manager to hire, develop, and scale the West SE team.
Responsibilities
- Hire and coach a team of SEs
- Own regional technical win rate
- Partner with sales leadership on forecasting
- Step in on strategic deals
- Standardize discovery and POC playbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years managing SEs
- 8+ years in identity or security presales
- Strong coaching and hiring track record
- Data-driven approach to team performance
