Recruiter Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Recruiter Terms apply specifically to use of the Career Section and are supplemental to the Technical Sales Alliance Master Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict, these terms govern recruiter activity within the Career Section.

2. Purpose of the Career Section

The Career Section exists to:

  • Enable efficient and high-quality candidate discovery
  • Support legitimate hiring processes
  • Maintain a high-integrity professional environment

3. Recruiter Access Model

  • Recruiters may begin with limited access
  • Expanded access may require verification, purchase of job packages, or both
  • Access levels may be modified or revoked at any time

4. Acceptable Use of Candidate Data

Candidate data accessed through the Career Section:

  • Is provided solely for legitimate hiring purposes
  • May not be stored, exported, or reused outside hiring workflows
  • May not be shared, sold, or redistributed in any form

5. Job Posting Integrity

All job postings must:

  • Represent real and active roles
  • Reflect genuine hiring intent
  • Provide accurate and non-misleading information

6. Prohibited Recruiter Behavior

Recruiters may not:

  • Build external candidate databases using platform data
  • Post speculative, pipeline, or non-active roles
  • Mass-message candidates without relevance or context
  • Misrepresent company identity, compensation, or job scope
  • Circumvent access controls or system limitations

7. Credits, Access, and Feature Controls

  • Job postings and features may require credits or paid access
  • Credits may expire based on defined purchase terms
  • Access to candidate data may be gated by verification or purchase

8. Enforcement & Platform Integrity

The Career Section is actively monitored and enforced.

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate removal of job postings
  • Restriction or loss of recruiter access
  • Revocation of verification status
  • Permanent removal from the platform

9. No Ownership of Candidate Data

Access to candidate data does not grant ownership.

All candidate data remains under the control of the individual and the platform’s governing terms.
